We’re excited to announce the launch of the official COREu YouTube channel - a new space where we share knowledge, insights, and updates from across the project in an engaging and accessible way.

As one of the largest Horizon Europe projects focused on Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), COREu brings together 43 partners from across Europe to drive forward the deployment of safe, sustainable, and socially accepted CCS solutions. To support this goal, communication and knowledge sharing are key — not only within the scientific community, but also with industry, policymakers, and the broader public. That’s where the YouTube channel comes in. By using video, we can reach a wider audience and present complex topics in a clear, visual, and time-efficient format.

Our first video is now live: a recording of the COREu Lunch&Learn webinar featuring Behnam Lot (Bellona Europe). In this session, he provides an overview of the EU policy framework supporting CCS, discusses upcoming legislative developments, and highlights key regulatory gaps. The webinar also touches on national frameworks, helping to contextualise the EU’s position and next steps in CCS policymaking.
