On March 18th and 19th, 2025, the COREu annual meeting took place in Brussels, bringing together nearly 100 participants from 43 partner organizations across 13 countries. This gathering marked a significant milestone in the project's journey, showcasing the collective achievements and future plans of the consortium.

Introducing COREu ERAs: A Collaborative Partnership Uniting Diverse Stakeholders in CCS, Including Industrial CO₂ Emitters, Transport & Storage Partners, Tech Providers, NGOs, Trade Bodies, and Policymakers, Operating Regionally and Across the EU

The COREu EU Project was represented at the recent CCS Forum in Krakow, where the project's advancements and innovations in CCS technologies were presented. This participation underscored COREu's commitment to accelerating CCS deployment, fostering new partnerships, and supporting the development of new CCS routes in Central and Eastern Europe.

The COREu Project was present in the 85th Glass Problems Conference and Symposium, held in Toledo, Ohio, USA, from September 16th to 19th. This prestigious event brings together industry leaders, researchers, and innovators to discuss the latest advancements and challenges in the glass industry.

We are excited to share that the COREu project was prominently featured at the CCS Capacity Building Workshop organized by the Global CCS Institute on September 25, 2024, in Athens. Our project partner, ELPEDISON S.A., presented their significant contributions to Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies, aligning with their ESG targets.
