The COREu Project at Inaugural H2 Science Conference
Trondheim, Norway – The inaugural H2 Science conference, hosted by SINTEF on June 18th and 19th, marked a significant milestone in the hydrogen research community. Among the distinguished presenters was Marta Bucelli from SINTEF, who showcased the innovative COREu project, emphasizing the strong links of the hydrogen economy to carbon capture and storage (CCS) technologies.
H2 Science aims to provide a central hub for discussions on hydrogen technologies and their societal impacts, fostering collaboration between researchers and industry professionals. The conference is designed to tackle current challenges related to hydrogen and anticipate future research trends, covering the entire hydrogen value chain from production to application. This first edition sets the stage for a biennial event, similar to the renowned Trondheim CCS conference.
The COREu project is known for its pioneering work in CCS, which is highly linked to hydrogen technologies, making it a key player in the transition to sustainable energy. The H2 Science conference provided an excellent platform for COREu to engage with other experts in the field, fostering meaningful discussions and collaborations.
