We are excited to announce our next COREu Lunch&Learn session ‘‘Regulatory Approaches to CO₂ Transport and Storage Infrastructure in Europe’’.

COREu will take part in several exciting events this summer. One of them is the ‘CO2 Shipping and Terminals Conference’.

On 9 May 2026, COREu took part in the Energy and Climate Festival in Karlsruhe, represented by Steinbeis Europa Zentrum. Held at the city’s market square, the festival brought together a wide range of organisations and initiatives, each presenting their work through interactive booths and activities designed to engage the public on climate and energy topics.

We are pleased to share that COREu will be participating in WCCUS 2026 in Edinburgh, UK. Our project partner Steinbeis Europa Zentrum, in collaboration with CCUS Innovation will convene a one-day workshop ‘’Enabling CCS Deployment in Europe: Key Policy Levers and Requirement’’.

COREu will once again participate in the Energy & Climate Festival in Karlsruhe. Taking place on Europe Day, the festival is a great opportunity to celebrate European collaboration and exchange on climate and energy topics.

We would like to announce a workshop aimed at interested stakeholders in the glass industry who would like to learn more about carbon capture and storage (CCS).

This half-day event brings together industry leaders, financiers, policymakers, and technology providers to explore how CCUS projects can move from innovation and demonstration to bankable investments and final investment decisions (FID).

COREu is excited be part of the online webinar "Impact of CO2 impurities on the CCUS chain deployment from different perspectives", together with three other EU-funded projects.
